Summary: The hotel is beautiful, the staff is top of its class. Always asking how they can be of assistance. The bell man/ doorman is always ready to assist The concierge knows their job and how to get it done. The front desk is fast and curtíos gets you to and in your room quickly Management is on top of their game. Everyone knew my name and knew what I needed. I became ill and ask for a doctor I had a doctor to my room within 1.5 hours. The breakfast of the hotel was perfect. Both in quality and service

Summary: Kumar and the bellman went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They were friendly and very pleasant. I have stayed in the property 6 different times over the last 7 years. I will always stay here. I love the staff and the friendliness of all

Summary: Hotel was in very walkable area near popular tourist attractions. Rooms were clean and decent size. Services in hotel were good with exception that some basic essentials (eg, soap) had to be requested when near empty.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is well situated so near the Place Victor Hugo and - most of all - all staff were true champions. They all did their level best to make us feel most welcome and they surely succeeded.

Summary: Thought it was a nice place, it was a bit pricey for its location and the room. They did forget to get us a car we requested so we grabbed an Uber, but that did not spoil our day. Staff was very nice and everything was clean.

Summary: This property was conveniently located near Tracadero circle, near the Eiffel tower, yet very quiet - but just a six minute walk away from everything you want. Dining, metro, shopping, everything - super convenient. The garden room was lovely and I highly recommend. The staff were fantastic - lovely people who were helpful, kind, and professional. I very much enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend. Once they finish the construction in the garden area it will be even better!
